Payments can be made BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to the Clerk by check, or online (at any time) by credit card at the link below. Please bring your receipt with you to your service appointment. To pay by credit card, use the button below. This will take you to our pay portal where fees and ordinance violations can be paid with a credit card. We use the same site for both, please ignore the language violation and ordinance if you are paying for a fee. You can select today's date for "Violation" date to advance. Please bring the confirmation with you to your appointment. The Officers can NOT accept cash or check... Only the Clerk can receive payments by check. If you forget to pay before your service appointment, please pay online.

Ordinance violations can be paid by check or money order at the Clerk's Office in the Town Hall. We will also accept payment Credit Card payments at PayGov.us (a small fee will be added to process the credit card which does not go to the Town)
If paying by check or money order payments should be addressed to "The Town of Kennard" To pay by Check, mail it or drop it in the wastewater payment box with enough information so that the Clerk understands what the payment is for. The Clerks have ZERO knowledge of police matters and will only accept payments.
The Town will also accept payments through the mail (P.O. Box 167 Kennard, IN 47351)

Golf Cart Check and Town Registration - any golf cart driving in town must be registered per ordinance, per year.
Vacation, Vacant, and For Sale Check. - officers will add the house to a list they check while patrolling. They will look for break ins and vandalism.
Notifying our officers of individuals that have mental handicap(s). This is in hopes that any contact will be dealt with appropriately. NOTE: This information will not be shared outside of the PD and officers.
Ordinance Violations - Everyone can't see everything all of the time but if you see a possible ordinance violation please report it. Our officers will visit the location and determine what, if any, action should be taken 765-737-0167
