Failure to contact the Clerk WILL NOT stop the Town from charging the property owners monthly wastewater and trash fees. State law states it is the property owners responsibility to pay these fees. Homeowners: To receive statements for wastewater and trash service please contact the Town Clerk at (765)785-2331 or Email Renters: Contact your landlord to verify how to proceed. Some landlords have these charges included in their rental payments while most landlords require this payment to be made in addition to rent. |
